We also offer gluten-free donut options, please contact us before placing your order!

While we take care when preparing all items, please note that our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially for custom or large orders.

Same-Day Orders: Order before 9am today for same day delivery.

Custom & Bulk Orders: For personalised, branded, or large orders (12+ boxes), please order at least 48 hours in advance.

Event Orders: Planning for a birthday, wedding, or corporate event? We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead to secure your spot!

The earlier you order, the better we can prepare your donuts fresh.

Sydney Metro Delivery: We deliver across the Sydney metropolitan area.

Delivery Fee: A flat fee of $14.95 applies to all deliveries within our service area.

Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders over $100.

Interstate Delivery: 2-5 Business Days $20.

Delivery Times: Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

To arrange delivery, simply select the Delivery option at checkout and provide your address details. If you have any special instructions or need assistance, feel free to contact us directly.

Yes, you sure can! We offer pick-up as an option for all orders. Simply select the Pick-Up option at checkout and choose your preferred time slot.

  • Custom tags or personalised notes

  • Festive ribbons and seasonal themes (on request)

Cancellation Policy

24 Hours’ Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up or delivery time to receive a full refund.

Same-Day Orders: Orders placed for same-day collection or delivery are non-refundable once confirmed, as they are immediately prepared.

Custom and Bulk Orders: Orders for custom designs, large quantities (12 or more boxes), or corporate orders must be cancelled 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

Missed Pick-Ups: Orders not collected within the designated time will not be refunded or remade.
