Shipping Policy

WE OFFER TWO OPTIONS: 

1. PICK UP

Monday- Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm

IMPORTANT: All Dessert Boxes must be ordered by 10pm for next day pick up outlined above. If you require pick up at an earlier time, please contact the office to organise this for you on 0413 830 085 or email hello@thedonutbox.com​.

 2. DELIVERY - Sydney Wide 

  • MINIMUM ORDER OF $50 FOR DELIVERY
  • We deliver Sydney-wide within a 25km radius from Rooty Hill 2766.
  • Delivery is available Monday to Saturday.
  • Place your order before 1pm today for same day delivery in the afternoon. Recipient will receive the order anytime between 1:30pm-5:00pm
  • Place your order before 10pm today for next day delivery. Recipient will receive the order any time between 9:00am - 5:00pm.
  • If order is being delivered as a gift, please specify and add a gift message to order. 
  • For more delivery options please specify at check out.

3. Delivery Fees

Fees are calculated based on the distance of the delivery address from our Head Office in Rooty Hill.

Same Day Delivery: $18 (order before 1pm)

Next Day Delivery: $13 (order before 10pm)

4. Receipt of delivery

If you have chosen delivery you acknowledge that as a part of our terms and conditions, someone will be available at the delivery address to receive the order. If we attempt delivery and no-one is on site, we will either leave it in a safe location or return the delivery back to base. A re-delivery fee will apply.

Refunds will not be made for orders that can not be delivered, if no one is on site to collect or there is no safe place to leave orders.

APARTMENTS & VENUES

We deliver to apartments and venues. Please ensure someone is available to meet the driver at the front of your apartment or venue.

*** WE DO NOT DELIVER TO HOSPITALS ***

Due to the nature of parking and difficulties in locating patient rooms, we do not deliver to hospitals.
